Ongoing R&D is our core competency. Our team of metallurgists and design engineers are continually developing optimal grades of alloys and processing methods that ensure GOLDSUN castings possess the right combination of strength, wear resistance, and lower crushing costs for specific applications.

Rigid Quality Control is exercised over all production variables from incoming raw materials through to the inspection of the final products. All melts are monitored and adjusted for correct chemical composition before pouring. Microstructure evaluation is implemented to ensure required metallurgical properties have been achieved in cast products. A universal testing machine is used to determine the mechanical properties. Non-destructive tests are carried out to ensure that no casting defects before dispatch.
